Have you heard of ‘sometimes food’?


A different way to label what is more commonly known as ‘junk food.’

 

When we label things with words which have a good or bad meaning, we create a whole heap of associated feelings.

 

No one should be made to feel guilty about eating, or feeding others.

 

Change the language and you can change the focus.

 

Rather than feel bad for eating junk, you can feel prepared to eat something different tomorrow.
